A handsome British single cask dark spiced rum made from scratch in Yorkshire using a hand-built copper pot still forged by hammer and by fire - truly unique.
A premium double-wooded cask-aged rum, lightly spiced. The ex-bourbon and ex-whisky oak casks are restored by hand at the cooperage by adding charred French oak staves to offer more depth of flavour.
Eminent flavours of dark toffee, caramel, toasted oak and buttery hazelnut. Further notes of smooth vanilla, warm gingerbread, sweet maple syrup, autumn fruits, black cherry and baked apples.

Feeling inventive? Try the ‘Dark Rum Old Fashioned’. Mix 50ml Twisted Roots Dark Spiced Rum, 1 tbsp sugar syrup (or 1 tbsp of sugar) and Orange bitters or Angostura bitters. Stir gently with ice and garnish with a strip of orange peel.
