Maritime-influenced spiced rum

A tropical island blend of aged rum (2-5 years) from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic is carried on trade winds across the Atlantic from the Caribbean and discovered basking in golden light on Isle of Wight shores, then married together with local fruits and spices.

Delicate caramel, soft vanilla, vibrant fruity notes from white cherry and apricot. Further, sweetness from local honey with botanical rock samphire (“Mermaid’s Kiss”), local holy grass (“Bison Grass”) and black sea salt brings a hint of sea air.
