Blended rums from Trinidad and Barbados, aged for 3 years, is infused with exotic spices. Bright notes of sherry ice cream, caramel and vanilla with exotic fruits such as orange and pineapple. Warming spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and a sniff of pepper. Think Cornish Saffron Cake with spiced fruit from the local bakery, yum!
