A bold and characterful expression from Jamaica, this 2013 Single Cask Rum is a masterclass in high-ester distillation and long, complex ageing. Distilled in 2013 in a traditional Jamaican pot still, this rum underwent nine years of maturation, with initial tropical ageing in ex-Bourbon casks followed by further continental maturation in the UK.
House of Rum was also named Independent Bottler of the Year by International Spirits Challenge 2026.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Intense and aromatic, bursting with overripe tropical fruits, banana esters, oak spice, and hints of funk.
