A bold and characterful expression from Jamaica, this 2013 Single Cask Rum is a masterclass in high-ester distillation and long, complex ageing. Distilled in 2013 in a traditional Jamaican pot still, this rum underwent nine years of maturation, with initial tropical ageing in ex-Bourbon casks followed by further continental maturation in the UK.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Intense and aromatic, bursting with overripe tropical fruits, banana esters, oak spice, and hints of funk.

• Palate: Full-bodied and powerful, delivering layers of grilled pineapple, toasted coconut, and caramelised sugar, balanced by earthy undertones and a long, warming finish.
