Inspired by the ‘Northern Pilots’ that guided safe passage of boats across the treacherous waters of the Pentland Firth between the tip of the Scottish mainland and the Orkney Islands.

A young rum, double-distilled and rested for just 6-9 months in ex-Highland Scotch whisky casks to give a Scottish soul. Sweet fruitiness of tropical fruit, brown sugar, toffee popcorn, further dry grass, peach, orange with subtle vanilla and cinnamon. A deep oak wood-whisky finish with a subtle smokiness from the whisky cask ageing.
