The finest Caribbean rum is redistilled in the Yorkshire Dales with local botanicals and oak aged with charred American oak chips. Sweet Yorkshire honey, earthy heather and bold young oak lead to rounded vanilla, with a haze of Demerara sugar and fragrant spice. Hints of chocolate, maple syrup, nutmeg and a flutter of menthol peppermint warmth.
