Twisted Roots Golden Rum (70cl, 42%)

A premium British single cask golden aged rum produced from scratch in Yorkshire using a hand-built copper pot still forged by hammer and by fire - truly unique.

The finest Mauritian raw cane sugar is fermented slow and low over 2-3 weeks, distilled and then double wood cask aged. The ex-bourbon and ex-whisky oak casks are restored by hand at the cooperage by adding charred French oak staves to add depth of flavour.

Natural light sweetness with toffee, autumn fruit, green apple and dark cherry. Further depth from notes of bourbon, toasted oak, vanilla, dark roast coffee and smoky spice.
