Rich Diamond distillery rum from Guyana is aged in ex-bourbon oak casks for up to 3 years and is then cold smoked. The process of smoking the rum blend using locally grown seasonal apple wood harvested from retired thirty-year-old apple trees on site gives intense and complex woody smokiness, hints of toffee apple, caramelised fruits, ginger biscuits and burnt treacle which complement the sweetness of the tropical accents and aged rum.

A rum with rich, deep Bourbon-like notes but treats you to a luscious, light, smooth finish.
