Wester Distillery’s Pineapple Rum is a light, no‑fuss tropical spirit made by infusing their smooth base rum with just dried organic pineapple — nothing else. At 40% ABV, it offers a bright, fruity nose with green banana and fresh-sliced pineapple. On the palate, expect a delicate sweetness reminiscent of sherry, layered with mellow toffee and gentle caramel notes. It works beautifully neat or in a cocktail, especially in a refreshing Pineapple Daiquiri (50ml Wester Pineapple Rum, 25ml lime juice, 15ml pineapple juice, 10ml sugar syrup, shaken and served with a pineapple wedge).
