Twisted Roots “Pure Hearts” white overproof rum is made from the finest selected hearts, pure select, cut after double distillation.
Double-distilled rum made in Yorkshire, distilled from the finest Mauritian raw cane sugar. Mellow and light in flavour from a low and slow fermentation; with subtle notes of buttery vanilla, aniseed, green apple and star anise. Further hints of aromatic cardamom, citrus and whisper of pepper to finish.
