Solent Spirit Spiced Rum (50cl, 40%)

Small batch, unique craft rum inspired by the beautiful Solent coastline and yachting heritage.

Base rum of French Guyana from pure cane is blended with carefully selected local botanicals and exotic spices, then gently infused with staves and driftwood. Notes of citrus lime, orange & lemon peel, coconut, foraged gorse flower (think earthy coconut), nutmeg, all spice, cardamom, all enhanced by delicate sugar kelp and a touch of Demerara sugar for sweetness.
