A small batch, artisan honey rum made from the forgotten recipe of The Rear Admiral Digby Mountcock, created at the Bristol Spirits Collective’s micro distillery under the streets of St Nicholas market, Bristol.
Rich and punchy unaged Guyanese rum is married with silky warm honey with a touch of smooth vanilla. Further notes of runny caramel, sweet brown sugar and tropical fruits add depth and character.
