Rich traditional flavour alongside unexpected nuances. inspired by the captivating story of legendary ‘The Peggy of Castledown’, a rum-running 18th-century schooner boat.

Toasted brown sugar with rich dark chocolate, treacle and runny caramel notes. With a splash of cold-brew coffee, spicy oak wood and a whisper of liquorice and marzipan. The rum is aged on a combination of French and American medium-to-high char oak chip. Sophisticated and smooth.
