The name ‘silver moon’ refers to the night time hatchings of sea turtles of the Caribbean sands from September.

A pure blend of rums from the epicentre of rum; a tradition column-still rum from Jamaica married with a high-ester pot still Bajan rum.

Light bodied, yet packed with flavour. Light and floral with an explosion of tropical fruit, pineapple, green banana, citrus oils, sweet liquorice and aniseed followed by a crackle of white pepper. Further notes of burnt caramel, butterscotch and a touch of mint leaf.
