A gloriously smooth, small-batch, honey spiced rum crafted with Pepper Dulse seaweed foraged at low tide, local Honey and gorse sourced from the Cornish cliffs.
A perfectly balanced marriage of punchy Caribbean rum, sweet local Cornish honey, aromatic saffron, exotic spices and savoury-salty iodine seaweed notes. Delicate vanilla, creamy chocolate, sweet honey, oak wood, peppery seaweed and gorse (think coconut notes) make this a delightful spirit.
