8 year old Barbados, 5 year old Australian, 2 & 5 year old Guyana and 4 year old Jamaican Rum, matured in ex Bourbon oak casks at source distilleries. The aged rum is the blended and married with the pure soft water from the hills of Dartmoor.

Intense fruity flavours with toasted brown sugar, charred smoky oak wood notes. Bold tropical fruits flavours of banana, pineapple and mango. Deep notes of liquorice root and silky butter with a warm, creamy finish.
