A delightfully rich and smooth craft rum made in an ‘English Style’ using a unique blend of Caribbean rums from Jamaica and Guyana infused with soft Devon spring water, natural aromatic spices, pepper and citrus zest.
A drier spiced rum that starts with a crackle of cinnamon, liquorice and tangy star anise. Followed by charred orange, caramel and a touch of sweet maple syrup and cardamom, with a smack of peppercorn on the finish.
