Inspired by Glasgow’s Victorian City of the Dead.
The Necropolis is a vast cemetery full of ornate sculptures and graves, adjacent to the Glasgow Cathedral, the final resting place for the souls that helped shape the city.
A fragrant blend of Jamaican, Dominican and Grenadian rum is infused with Aberdeenshire brambleberries, sweet Royal Deeside Honey, ginger and citrus lime leaf. Complex flavours of banana foam sweets, marshmallow fluff, pear drops and some grassy notes. Further parma violets, caramel, floral Turkish delight and fresh sweet cherries.
