‘British rum, island style’.

Inspired by the maritime heritage of the Isles of Scilly, off the rugged Cornish coast, the Day Mark on St Martins is a navigation beacon built in 1683 by Thomas Eskins with iconic red & white painted bands.

A small batch, triple distilled golden Venezuelan rum aged in English oak, infused with hand picked Samphire and Cornish sea salt.

Notes of sweet cracked caramel and treacle, dried fruit and warming oak tones due to the English oak cask ageing. The addition of Samphire adds a delicate saline lift to the palate and with the Cornish sea salt tang it gives a salt-sweet balance - think salted caramel.

A refined rum, fresh and clean, but with a rugged island nature.
