A spiced rum inspired by the ‘Jackdaw Cave’, a genuine smugglers’ hideout hidden in a jagged cove where Manx Clipper boats would load their imported rum to smuggle to the UK mainland.
Smooth vanilla and swirls of caramel, with warm cassia (cinnamon) and ginger. Further bright orange, a flutter of nutmeg and coffee, and a final bite of pepper.
