LOST LOCH DOMINICAN RUM
A distillery based in the heart of Royal Deeside in Aberdeenshire, nestled between forest and farmland on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park. A small craft distillery, crafting multi-award-winning spirits, a spirit school, in addition to offering tours and tastings. Combining a passion for history with a fascination for the ancient art of distilling. Respecting the legacy of distilling, whilst practising modern techniques of production.

The local landscape, wild Scottish botanicals and folklore have influenced the products made by the team at the distillery. We respect the environment, and the distillery takes a percentage of its heat and power from a solar array, biomass boiler, and wind turbine.

This beautiful single-cask expression with Dominican rum finished in a Tomintoul (Scottish) whisky cask aged for 2 years. Less than 300 bottles remain.
Soft and creamy with sweet vanilla, bonbon sweets and custard cream biscuits. Further rich toasted brown sugar, caramel and subtle oak. Silky smooth.
Best enjoyed neat or over ice. Kept it simple, treasure the creation.
