Inspired by the notorious Jack Rattenbury, who used to smuggle contraband into Lyme Bay in the 18th Century using fishing boats called ‘Luggers”.

A blend of the finest Caribbean rum, aged to perfection in charred ex-bourbon oak casks at the Devon Winery. Then infused with a full profile of spices of orange peel, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon and a touch of vanilla.

Feeling inventive? Try the ‘Spicy Luger’. Mix 50ml Lugger Spiced Rum, 20ml strawberry and lime syrup, 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters, 30ml cider and a sprig of Rosemary. Garnish with crushed ice and cinnamon or nutmeg powder.
