Made at the independent, award-winning farmhouse distillery in Llandysul, Ceredigion. This wholly organic rum is fermented, distilled and bottled from scratch in Wales in homage to the dark skies across the landscape.

Warm subtle sweetness with notes of treacle, vanilla, dates, raisins and ripe banana. The oak-cask ageing offers mellow oak wood and tobacco tones.
