Legend has it that to avoid high government taxes, rum and other goods were smuggled into Cape Cornwall by boat and stored in a building called ‘The Wink’ - the very building this artisan rum is aged, blended, spiced and bottled in.

The finest, smooth, tropical Caribbean rum is blended with Cornish water. Light, fresh and vibrant - with delightful notes of coconut, cut grass and a bite of pepper.
