A blend of three aged rums from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Caribbean white rum is infused with bold, aromatic British botanicals. Toasted brown sugar and ripe tropical fruits with scorched gorse (think earthy coconut), oats and wild elderflower. Further nuances of bitter dark chocolate, tobacco, peaty oak wood and fragrant smoke. “Oak smoked for three tides”.
