Smooth vanilla, aromatic star anise, and nutmeg followed by warm ginger cinnamon and cardamon heat. Further comforting sweet caramel and handsome oaky wood notes from the barrel ageing.

Shake 60ml Anglesey Llanddwyn Spiced Rum, 45ml vanilla syrup, 45ml pineapple juice, 15ml lime juice, 30ml simple syrup (or 2 tsp of sugar) and a few dashes of Angostura biters. Pour over muddled strawberries and cucumber then finish by swizzling with a spoon!
