A sophisticated twist on the classic ‘french 75’, this bubbly tipple is a Delicious sparkling cocktail, perfect for FESTIVE parties and GET TOGETHERS.


INGREDIENTS

200ml rum
600ml Champagne
90ml lime juice
60g caster sugar
1 tbsp allspice
A twist of orange peel


Method

1. Take the allspice and caster sugar and gently warm in 30ml of water until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool.

2. Strain the spiced syrup through a filter, add the rum and lime juice then shake with ice. Divide between six flutes, top up with Champagne, garnish with a twist of orange peel and serve!
