Crafted from sustainably sourced pure sugar cane and distilled in the heart of Central America, the eight year old rum undergoes an exceptional transformation. Following its initial ageing, it is further matured for a further 12 months on Irelands west coast in carefully selected aged Irish whiskey casks.

Distilled from 100 % pure sugar cane in Panama and further finished in handselected Irish whiskey casks on Ireland’s rugged west coast, this rum offers a uniquely layered flavour experience.
On the nose, gentle sweetness and mellow oak aromas mingle with golden caramel notes, inviting you into a rich sensory experience. The palate is smooth and balanced with hints of caramel, tropical fruit and a whisper of spice, wrapped in soft vanilla and raisin undertones. A finish that is elegant and satisfying.
Two Shores Irish Single Malt Whiskey Cask Finish Rum (43% ABV)
A refined expression that celebrates transatlantic craftsmanship, Two Shores Irish Single Malt Whiskey Cask Finish starts life as premium Panamanian rum aged for eight years in exbourbon casks before being finished on Ireland’s west coast in casks that once held 19yearold Irish single malt whiskey. The result is a beautifully balanced spirit that bridges Caribbean warmth with elegant Irish influence.
On the nose you’ll find warm caramel, hints of milk chocolate and subtle French vanilla, creating a soft yet complex aromatic profile. The palate is smooth and layered with vanilla, toasted spice and rich dried golden fruits, leading to a long, polished finish that lingers with warmth and depth.
Two Shores Cask Strength Peated Cask Finish Rum (65% ABV)
A rum that embodies bold character, rich tropical maturation and rugged coastal influence. This exceptional spirit begins life in Panama, where it is aged for eight years in exbourbon casks, allowing deep caramel and vanilla notes to develop alongside hints of nutmeg and clove spice. The journey continues on the west coast of Ireland, where the rum is finished in carefully selected Irish whiskey casks that previously held a 10yearold peated Scotch whisky, infusing the spirit with a distinctive smoky edge.
Bottled at cask strength, this dram offers a wonderfully fullflavoured and expressive profile. On the nose, you’ll find pronounced peat smoke mingling with gentle vanilla and soft spice. The palate reveals subtle honeyed sweetness and a whisper of gentle spice, balanced with that signature smoky backdrop, while the finish is warm, long and intricately complex — perfect for slow contemplation or pairing with bold dark chocolate and spicerich desserts.
