An unaged, crystal clear rum, made with a blend of high-grade cane molasses and cane demerara sugar. A flavoursome, rich, light and sweet spirit that bursts with aroma and an enticing flavour. 

Indulgent in the essence of the Caribbean tropics mixed with flavours of a hazy summer meadow with earthy with grassy notes, rich apricot stone fruit funkiness, overripe pineapple, subtle hints of liquorice and a touch of peppery spice.
